Shipping Policy - Little Rishi

Delivery Time:

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. All merchandise ordered on Little Rishi can be shipped to most parts of India and delivered within 5-7 working days. Please note that orders cannot be processed on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Costs:

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders of Rs. 500 and above.
Shipping Fee: For orders valued below Rs. 500, a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 100 will apply.
Returns Impacting Free Shipping: If a return is initiated and the total order value falls below Rs. 500, the applicable shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Missing Items Policy

We ensure that all orders are processed and shipped through a fully automated barcode-based system, eliminating the possibility of missing items during packaging. Every product is scanned and verified before dispatch to guarantee accuracy. (If Product is Shipped through Amazon FC)

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please follow these steps:

Check the Package: Inspect the packaging and any compartments inside for the missing item.
Report Within 24 Hours: Any claims regarding missing items must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery.
Provide Proof: To process your claim, we require:
- An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened.
- Images of the packaging and shipping label.
- The weight details mentioned on the courier label.

Without this evidence, we will not be able to process missing item claims. Please note that refunds or replacements will be subject to verification and we reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the above criteria.

Delivery Method:

Our trusted delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a valid mobile number and complete shipping address when placing your order.

In certain cases, our delivery partners may request a valid ID proof for delivering your package.
