Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. A full refund will be processed for such cancellations.
Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. However, customers can refer to the Return Policy for further assistance.
Refund Timeline: The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 5-7 business days.
Replacement Policy
We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or physically damaged product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement can be requested if:
- The product is found to be defective or physically damaged upon delivery.
- The replacement request is made within 24 hours of delivery for physical damage or other defects.
- Upon examination, our team confirms the defect qualifies for a replacement.
Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, the following criteria must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including:
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
- Price tags and labels
- Warranty card
- Any freebies or accessories received with the product
- Any missing or damaged items (apart from those previously reported) must be compensated for.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification.
- If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it and return it to the delivery agent immediately.
Exchange Requests (Non-Defective Products)
If you receive the correct product but wish to exchange it:
- The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
- The customer must bear the courier charges for returning the product.
- All supporting documents (invoice, price tags, labels, warranty card, accessories) must be included.
- A replacement or refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund & Replacement Limitations
A refund or replacement will not be provided if:
- The product is not defective but the customer is dissatisfied.
- Physical damage is not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product is damaged due to electrical surges or user mishandling.
Return & Replacement Process
- Approval & Self-Shipping: Once your replacement request is approved, you must self-ship the product within 48 hours and ensure it reaches our warehouse within 3-4 days.
- Proper Packaging: Securely pack the product to prevent transit damage. Little Rishi is not responsible for any damage caused during return shipping.
- Warehouse Verification: Our team will inspect the returned product upon arrival. If all conditions are met, we will process the replacement within 72 hours. If the product is found to be damaged, no replacement will be issued.
