4️⃣ How to Claim Your Warranty?

- If your product is covered, register your warranty within 7 days (Little Rishi warranty registration page).
📩 Step 2: Submit a Warranty Claim
- Send an email to care@pipabase.com with:
- Order ID
- Product details & issue description
- Warranty Confirmation Email
- Purchase invoice
- Clear images/videos of the defect
📦 Step 3: Return the Faulty Product
- The defective product must be shipped to our service center for inspection.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to our address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the warranty claim.
🚀 Step 4: Warranty Resolution
- If eligible, we will repair or replace the product and ship it to the registered address.
- If the product is not repairable, we will issue a refund as per our refund policy.
- Replaced items do not get a new warranty period.
