1️⃣ How to Check If Your Product Has a Warranty?

🔹 The warranty status is mentioned on each product page.
🔹 If no warranty is mentioned, the product is not covered under warranty.
🔹 Warranty duration varies by product (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, or no warranty).
🔹 IMPORTANT: Warranty is valid only if registered within 7 days of purchase.


2️⃣ Warranty Coverage (Eligible Products)

✅ Products with a warranty are covered for [6 months/1 year] from the date of purchase.
✅ Covers manufacturing defects, technical malfunctions, and certain product failures.
✅ Includes repair or replacement, depending on the issue.

Replacement products received under a warranty claim DO NOT have a new warranty.
❌ Damage due to misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
❌ Physical damage, water damage, or wear and tear.
❌ Accessories (cables, adapters, batteries) unless otherwise stated.
❌ Products that were not registered for warranty within 7 days of purchase.

📩 Step 2: Submit a Warranty Claim

  • Send an email to care@pipabase.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Product details & issue description
    • Warranty Confirmation Email
    • Purchase invoice
    • Clear images/videos of the defect

📦 Step 3: Return the Faulty Product

  • The defective product must be shipped to our service center for inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to our address.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process the warranty claim.

🚀 Step 4: Warranty Resolution

  • If eligible, we will repair or replace the product and ship it to the registered address.
  • If the product is not repairable, we will issue a refund as per our refund policy.
  • Replaced items do not get a new warranty period.
